Truly an urban pod living hotel. Enjoyed the views, high tech setup for EVERYTHING in the room. All things in the room were Controlled by an iPad. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Do not expect any services, it’s all self serve. Great place for day co working and quick getaways. Right smack near the busiest part of the city with access to everything

Stayed here during the blizzard to be closer to work. Great location, literally across from the T(green line). Lots of shopping and restaurant in the area. Rooms are small but clean. Room I got is a king size bed, good for 1-2 persons. Staff is friendly. The set up is modern, contemporary. I think it’s cool that you have an iPad each room that controls everything, the light, room temperature and TV. They have a nice bar that serves drinks, small kitchen, they have ready to eat sandwiches and other snacks. Didn’t get to try the food coz the kitchen didn’t make mine, the person who took my order didn’t place it correctly. But no biggie. I still enjoyed my stay. Room was so dark which was ideal coz I work nights.

It was my first time in Boston and also my first time staying in a hotel here, and it gave me such a great impression of the city. You should definitely choose this hotel! The staff are incredibly kind, mine were Amy and Ricky, and they were amazing and so funny. The hotel is very new, and all the facilities and furniture are in great condition. The location is wonderful as well, very close to the MUJI building and within walking distance of many restaurants and cute little shops.

The rooms were really cool, but the fridge didn’t get cold at all. I reported it to the front desk and they said that their fridges don’t get very cold. They would send someone, but i don’t believe that happened. Sad to have to throw away leftovers that were basically room temp in the morning. The bed is super comfy. High tech room with some cool features and all operated from an iPad. I like the idea of chrome casting to the TV, and thankfully I travel with my own iPad, so I was able to use my phone to scroll/text/etc and cast to the tv at the same time. I can see how this room might be a little daunting to someone who isn’t very tech savvy The breakfast buffet was probably the best hotel breakfast buffets I’ve had! ! Eggs, bacon, chicken sausage, roasted tomatoes, and a bunch of pastries and a yogurt bar. Everything seemed very fresh! Good value for the price, however, it was sad that they wouldn’t consider honoring my Marriot status for bit of a later checkout. I asked for noon but 11:30 seemed to be the latest they would do. I understand if it’s availability, but they said they just don’t do that, so be prepared if needed. They offered to hold my bags, but I just needed a quiet place to take a couple meetings.

The location is great. The room is small, as advertised, but it’s fine for solo travelers. The Wi-Fi is stable and fast. They gave me an early check-in, which I really appreciated. A few downsides. Some items seem to be missing. For example, there were only two firm pillows, whereas other reviews mentioned that the hotel provides two firm pillows and two soft pillows per room. Not sure whether this was a housekeeping oversight or if they’ve stopped offering them. The iPad gives the impression that you can control the room temperature, but it’s actually capped at a certain level. So it never reaches the temperature I set, which isn’t ideal in January. Overall, I would probably stay here again if I ever visit Boston, mainly because of its location and price.

Other reviews aren't wrong when it says the rooms are small but if you are just sleeping there you won't mind. Get a high floor if you can and you won't regret it. We loved falling asleep looking at the city from the giant window. Location is fantastic. Right at the Hynes T stop. So many restaurants within walking distance. Check in and check out are on tablets which made it easy. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay here. Well located and easily accessible on the metro. We enjoyed being a little out the centre but you mind finding it a bit out of you want all the sights to be walkable. Loved the communal areas and balcony to sit and take a few moments out. We love the citizenM room concept and these are kept well and was sparkling clean and fresh on check in. Great views out the huge window across the city and river.

I stayed here for 19 nights on a business trip. The hotel is located in the Back Bay region with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Location: The hotel is conveniently situated for those needing to reach the Longwood Medical Area (LMA). It is a straightforward 1.3-mile (30-minute) walk via a safe and pedestrian-friendly route. The Rooms. The rooms are small but well-designed. They work perfectly for a solo traveler or a couple without too much luggage. Breakfast and Amenities. The breakfast is simple but included my favorites: bacon, eggs, fresh bread, salmon, guacamole, cereal, and croissants. I also really liked the hotel gym. It is not too big, but it has a nice view and all the necessities. It also never felt crowded during my visit. The rooftop bar is also a highlight, offering fantastic views of the city. Special thanks to Jenna: She is an exceptional professional who provides a level of service you would typically only expect from a high-end luxury hotel. Her help made a huge difference during my stay.
